hello everyone
sorry its been a while since my last update but ive been very busy these last 10 days with a team of 8 from USA making Chicken house, with some of the locals of all ages at Church, this has actually been great fun i learnt new skills from mixing concrete by hand to sawing bamboo for the slabs, also carrying timber and bricks, yes hard work yes the devil (little red legs) has tried many times to get in the way but with the strength and determination from our Lord through us, we managed to work as a team. Its been tiring but fantastic and great to meet new brothers and sisters in Christ.
Also for myself to be invited by them to join them in the evenings after for supper and devotion, very uplifting!!

Hi Joanne :)
I just did a google search about building chicken houses and it came up with your blog. I'm wondering if you could give me some information about the one you are building over there as I'm planning to do one within my project in Kenya as well.
You can look at my blog at www.tumainicentre.blogspot.com or my personal blog which has some Kenyan stories as well at www.amandaflanagan.blogspot.com. I really hope to hear from you :) Great work in Kenya! It's my home away from home!!!!!!
Hello joanne,
It would be nice if you share how you build the chicken house so we can construct it instead of buying it ;-)
